Our Pet Policy

Silver Lake Hills Apartments allows dogs and cats
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
We do have breed restrictions including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the above-stated breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

Non-refundable pet fees: $350 for one pet, $450 for two pets
$40 per month per pet

I love this apartment complex. It is close to everything in Fenton. The ladies in the office are very helpful. They allow dogs and cats here. They have a small fenced-in area for the dogs to play inside the complex. They have a playground for the kids and a swimming pool.

...Some of the apartments are large inside compared to others complexes. I rented a one bedroom 900 square feet! Living room and bedroom were very large in size! The apartments have 3 floors and some have balconies! The units all have washers and dryers in them as well as dishwashers and garbage disposal and microwave! It also has a park for the kids.

My husband and I love living here. It’s super clean, feels very safe, and is very friendly. The new management seems great so far, no complaints there.
